Requirements

Using TouchLess Sign-In for a basic sign in w/o printing a badge requires no extra hardware. If you want to print badges for visitors and volunteers, it will require

• A Dymo 450 Series Labelwriter printer - this is the standard printer we have always supported for badge printing. So, if you are already printing badges, you should already be set.
• A desktop QR code scanner. These are different than the basic barcode scanners we have used up to this point. We've found very high quality units priced from $50-$100 on Amazon. Amazon has been the easiest place to find them, but they have been in short supply. If you are looking for a recommendation, contact us when you are ready to purchase. How To Enable TouchLess Sign-In

IMPORTANT - these settings will need to be set directly on every individual computer used.

In the Admin Area, go to the Setup & Preferences tab on the left. From there select the Main Setup button near the middle of the screen.

Here you can see there is a specific checkbox for TouchLess. If you are not printing, this is the only box you'll need to check.

You can see the other checkboxes for QR codes will give you option to enable the touchless printing individually for specific types of visitors.
